Shipping and Delivery

We know that when you order something for your home, you want to know exactly when it's arriving and what happens if something goes wrong. This page lays out our shipping rates, delivery coverage, and return process in plain terms — no fine print buried at the bottom.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on orders over $35. Once your cart total reaches $35, shipping is on us — no code needed, no minimum item count, no exclusions on eligible products.

Flat $7 shipping on orders under $35. For smaller orders, a flat rate of $7 applies at checkout. There are no per-item surcharges or weight-based fees, so the cost you see is the cost you pay.

If you're close to the $35 threshold, it's often worth adding a second piece to your order — many of our bookends, key holders, and napkin holders are designed to work together as a set.

Where We Ship

We currently ship and sell within the United States only, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska, which we are unable to deliver to at this time.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you're outside the continental U.S. and interested in our products, feel free to reach out — we'll let you know if delivery to your area becomes available.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible after they're placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery timelines vary by destination within the continental U.S. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Returns

Free returns within 15 days of delivery.

If your purchase isn't right for your space, you can return it within 15 days of the delivery date at no cost to you.

Return conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Products should be in unused, resalable condition
• Returns requested after the 15-day window cannot be accepted

We ask for original packaging because our metal products are shipped in packaging specifically designed to prevent bending, scratching, and finish damage in transit. Returning items in other packaging often results in damage that makes the product unsellable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right.

1. Your order number
2. A clear description of the damage
3. Clear photographs of the damaged product

Photos help us resolve your claim quickly and allow us to identify any recurring packaging or handling issues with our carriers. We review every damage report individually and will respond with next steps as soon as possible.
