Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. This includes both ready-made designs from our catalog and custom orders once the design has been approved and cut. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us at support@decorativebookends.com and we will check on it immediately.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $10

Every order over $10 ships free anywhere across the United States. If your order is under $10, a small shipping charge will apply at checkout.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days from the day we ship. If you need a rush order, contact us at support@decorativebookends.com before placing your order.

Our Return and Exchange Policy

Ready-Made Designs: 30-Day Returns

If you receive a ready-made bookend that is not what you expected, you have 30 days from the date of arrival to contact us for a return or exchange.

What we need from you:
  • Your original order number.
  • A clear description of the reason for the return.
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

Custom and Personalized Orders: No Returns

Because custom bookends are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged once cut. We ensure satisfaction by having you approve a digital preview before production.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bookend arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace your bookend or refund your purchase, including original shipping costs, without making you jump through hoops.

Questions About Your Order

My package has not arrived yet. Is it lost?

Probably not. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days from the day we ship. If today is day six of delivery and you have not received your package, it is likely still in transit. Check your tracking number to see the most recent update.

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?

At this time, we only offer shipping delivery within the United States. We do not have a physical location for local pickup.

Do you charge tax?

Tax is calculated and added to your total at checkout based on your shipping address and our business location. You will see the exact amount before you complete your purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. We sell and ship within the United States only. This allows us to keep delivery fast and support responsive for our American customers.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you catch an error immediately, contact us at support@decorativebookends.com right away. We ship fast, so there is a narrow window. If your order has not shipped yet, we can often update or cancel it.
